Incorrect or Missing Orders

If you receive the wrong items or your order is incomplete, contact us by phone or email within 2 hours of delivery or pickup, providing your order number, receipt, and details of the issue.

Food items must be returned in their original, untampered containers with at least 75% of the product remaining, for a refund or replacement to be issued.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 3-5 business days.

Food Quality Issues

If any food item does not meet quality standards, notify us within 2 hours of receiving your order, providing photos if possible. After review, refunds or store credits may be issued at our discretion.

Order Cancellations

Online orders may be canceled up to 30 minutes before the scheduled pickup or delivery time for a full refund.

Catering orders: Cancellations made at least 7 days prior to the scheduled event are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations between 3-7 days receive a 50% refund; within 3 days or after preparation has begun, no refund is available.

Non-Refundable Items

Due to food safety regulations, hot food, prepared goods, and opened packages are non-refundable once delivered and accepted.

Sale items, special orders, and consumables are final sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged unless an error was made by the store.

Proof of Purchase
